Hey, I'm Cory. I’m an explorer of the natural human ecosystem. I concern myself with the biological, psychological, socio-environmental and spiritual elements that help us optimize our lives for sustainable growth.
I have spent the last 8 years successfully advocating for mental health policy reform across the world. Now, I teach the art and science of flow as a way to unlock your most optimal state of being, achieve more in your work and enjoy a sustainable & fulfilling lifestyle that prioritizes what matters most.
As a human-impact leader, I have helped some of the biggest change-makers optimize their focus for profound impact. What I’ve learned along the way is that many people don’t know how to maximize time spent working toward their biggest goals, while also prioritizing their health, community and family life. It’s my goal to change that.
